What file should I upload for the best print?

A transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI, sized at the dimensions you plan to press, gives the cleanest result. Low-resolution art is the most common cause of blurry prints — when in doubt, upload bigger.

How does the Gang Sheet Builder work?

Pick a sheet size, then drag, drop, duplicate and rotate as many designs as you like. Sheets run up to 27.5 ft, and the fuller you pack the sheet, the lower your cost per design.

How durable are Pearl DTF transfers? Will they crack or fade?

Pressed correctly, our DTF transfers are built to withstand 75+ washes without cracking or fading. Wash inside-out in cold water to extend their life even further.

Will the printed colors match my screen?

Very close — every run is color-managed. Screens display RGB while fabric prints CMYK with a white underbase, so extreme neon tones can land slightly softer. If a print is clearly wrong, email a photo to info@pearldtf.com and we'll make it right.

What temperature and time do I press DTF transfers at?

General setting: 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds at medium pressure (35–45 psi), hot peel. For 100% cotton use 310–320°F for 12–15 seconds. When trying a new blank, press a test piece first.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Email info@pearldtf.com with your order number as soon as tracking shows a problem. We ship via UPS, so we open the carrier claim with you and get a replacement moving.

How do I get a discount on my next order?

Leave a review with a photo of your pressed gear and we email a single-use 10% OFF code, valid 30 days. One photo reward per customer.

Do you support tax exemption for resellers?

Yes — send us your resale or exemption certificate and your account is flagged tax-exempt. Every order after that checks out tax-free.

Q: Can I mix different designs, sizes and names on one gang sheet?

Yes — mix team names, numbers, front logos and sleeve prints on a single sheet instead of ordering them separately. A well-packed gang sheet costs far less per design than buying transfers individually.

Q: Do I need a heat press or will a home iron work?

A heat press is strongly recommended — DTF bonds under consistent pressure and temperature, which a home iron can't hold reliably.

Q: How fast will I get my order?

Your transfers are ready in 24 hours and ship via UPS, with free express shipping on orders over $69. Typical US transit is 1–3 business days, with tracking from the moment the label is created.

PEARL SUPPORT

Answers, pressed & ready

Everything printers ask us — files, pressing, shipping and rewards. Can't find yours? A real human reads every email.

A transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI, sized at the dimensions you plan to press, is the sweet spot. Low-resolution art is the #1 cause of blurry prints — when in doubt, upload bigger. Text and fine lines should be at least 2 mm thick to survive the press.

Pick a sheet size, then drag, drop, duplicate and rotate as many designs as you like until every inch is used — one logo or fifty different ones, it’s your sheet. Sheets run up to 27.5 ft, and the fuller you pack it, the lower your cost per design. Open the builder →

Yes — that’s the whole point of a gang sheet. Mix team names, numbers, front logos and sleeve prints on a single sheet instead of ordering them separately; a well-packed sheet costs far less per design than buying transfers one by one. Printing serious volume? Bulk ordering goes lower still.

Use DTF Transfers By Size — upload each design at the exact size you need and we handle the layout. Already laid out a full sheet in your own software? Upload your ready-made gang sheet and we print it as-is. Same inks, same quality either way.

Pressed correctly, our transfers are built to withstand 75+ washes without cracking or fading — that’s the standard we print to. Wash inside-out in cold water and skip the dryer when you can to stretch them even further.

Very close — every run is color-managed. But screens glow in RGB while fabric prints in CMYK with a white underbase, so extreme neons can land slightly softer. If a print comes out clearly wrong, email a photo to info@pearldtf.com and we’ll make it right.

No weeding, no layering, no cutting. DTF prints your full-color artwork — gradients, photos, fine detail — onto a single film that presses on in seconds with a hot peel. The finish is thin, soft and stretchy, and the same transfer works across cotton, polyester and blends without switching materials.

Permanent decals for hard surfaces — tumblers, glass, metal, plastic. No heat press needed: peel, stick, done. They’re designed to handle water and daily use; for the longest life, hand-wash decorated drinkware. Upload a UV DTF gang sheet →

General setting: 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds at medium pressure (35–45 psi), hot peel — remove the film right away. For 100% cotton go 310–320°F for 12–15 seconds. Trying a new blank? Press a test piece first, or email info@pearldtf.com for settings.

Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, denim, canvas — even leather. Just adjust the heat: polyester likes 285–300°F to avoid dye migration, blends 300–310°F, leather and PU a gentle 275–285°F for 6–8 seconds. When testing a new blank, press a small piece first.

A heat press — even an entry-level one — is strongly recommended. DTF bonds under consistent pressure and temperature, which an iron simply can’t hold. If an iron is all you have: hard flat surface, maximum body-weight pressure, no steam — and test on something you don’t love first.

Nine times out of ten it’s pressure or time, not the transfer. Re-press for 5–10 seconds with a cover sheet and firm pressure — that usually seals it. If a sheet still won’t bond, the film may be defective: email a photo to info@pearldtf.com and we’ll make it right.

Your transfers are ready in 24 hours and ship via UPS — with free EXPRESS shipping on orders over $69. Typical US transit is 1–3 business days, and you get a tracking email the moment your label is created. Details in the Shipping Policy.

Yes — add Priority Production to your order and it moves to the front of the press queue. Combine that with express UPS transit and tight deadlines stop being scary. Add Priority Production →

Pearl DTF has been AMAZING!! From the moment i uploaded my design to seeing the final product they are amazing. As a new DIYer, i was very lost and the website was very easy to navigate. The gang sheet came in a few days and was perfect. The quality was amazing and the package made sure nothing was damaged. I’m already planning more DIYs and looking for Pearl DTF to support.
