Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on DTF transfer orders unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost to you, including shipping fees—provided you meet the following conditions:

  • Your claim is submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery.
  • You include clear photos or a video that clearly shows the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Claims made beyond 7 days, or submitted by third parties (e.g., your customer or reseller), will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Pearl DTF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Pearl DTF. We do not accept responsibility for any costs, damages, or claims arising from third parties, end users, resales, or downstream use of our products.

All products are custom-made, and their proper application depends on your equipment, materials, and methods. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure correct pressing settings, garment compatibility, and adherence to care instructions. Pearl DTF does not guarantee results if products are used outside our recommended guidelines.
