Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Express Shipping via UPS
All orders are shipped via UPS Express, providing fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Express shipments are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after being handed over to the carrier.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free UPS Express shipping on all orders over $69.

Production & Origin

Our products are manufactured at one of our production facilities in Europe and shipped directly via UPS Express to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship all weekday orders within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. If applicable, customers will be notified in advance with an estimated dispatch timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Pearl DTF shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, import processing, government inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit, handling, delivery timing, and carrier-related events rests with the carrier.

Pearl DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, loss, damage, customs holds, or inability to use delivered products.

Our liability for any shipping-related issue is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Pearl DTF.

We do not accept liability for any claims, costs, or damages involving third parties, including but not limited to end customers, resellers, carrier actions, customs-related procedures, or delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be considered fulfilled.

Pearl DTF is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure.
