Pre-Press	~5s, medium pressure
Press	275°F • 8–10s • medium–high pressure
Peel	Hot peel immediately
Post-Press (Optional)	Cover with parchment/Teflon • ~5s
Care	Cold wash, inside-out • No bleach • Low heat
