Accepted File Types: PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, PSB, EPS
File Requirements – Please Review Before Uploading
- File must be a complete Gang Sheet layout (not a single design).
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI at final print size.
- File must be sized exactly to the selected sheet dimension (e.g. 22”x60”).
- Background must be fully transparent (no white or hidden background layers).
- Colors must be in RGB format (we print as submitted).
- Do not mirror artwork — transfers are applied face-up.
- All artwork must be flattened and final (no editable layers required).
Minimum line thickness: 0.5 pt to avoid ink breakage. - Avoid ultra-thin details and extremely small text.
- Ensure proper spacing between designs (minimum 0.25” recommended).
- We do not resize, reposition, color-correct, or modify uploaded files.
- Low resolution, compression artifacts, or pixelation will print as uploaded.
- Remove unused elements outside the artboard.
- Convert fonts to outlines or rasterize text before exporting.
Recommended formats: PNG (transparent background) or high-quality PDF.

How to Apply Pearl DTF Transfers
- Press temperature: 275–300°F
- Pressure: Medium to high
- Press time: 10–12 seconds
- Peel: Hot peel
- Final press (recommended): 3–5 seconds with parchment or Teflon
Care Instructions: Wash garments inside out, cold wash recommended. Avoid bleach and do not tumble dry.

What is DTF printing?
